What is the regular monthly rate on a three year plan for the ECO Starter plan?
You have an astrick next to the price and indicate that is a promotional price but I cannot find anywhere that you disclose what that means? Is that for one month, a year what? I find that very deceiving. Please let me know the fine print on the promotion.

Hi Larry, the asterisk doesn’t indicate a promotional price. If you sign up for 3 years on the EcoSite Starter plan, the total is $106.20, which equates to $2.95 a month. The 2-year plan is $3.95 a month, 1 year $4.95, and month to month is $9.95. If 3 years feels like a long commitment, remember, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
I have the same question as Larrry S above. What is a renewable price after those initial 3 years? And what does the asterisk indicate?
I’m wondering if I sign up for month to month payments, and decide in three months that I really like the service, can I then sign up for a longer period of time, say 2-3 years? Obviously, the price will not be retroactive, I’m asking if I’m locked into monthly payments, or can I change that at anytime? Thank you !

When my prior 3 year contract was renewed for another 3 years this past February for EcoSite Starter (I guess EcoSite Lite shown here?), my pre-discount rate increased from $4.95/mo to $9.95/mo. This was obfuscated by the fact that a number of other services were being listed as added in, a single price for 3 yrs was given, and as it was during what was a renewal time and I was busy and didn’t have the time to research the current deals from scratch and thought it was in keeping with keeping my current services with GG flowing. Am I getting ripped off for being a regular and trusting customer?
I’m in the same situation as Mark Thomas above. I sign up for EcoSite Starter 3 years plan in 2017 for USD $152.15 and the price suddenly jumped to USD $382.10 (that’s CAD $500) divided by 36 months = CAD $13.88/ mo. I’m supposed to pay my invoice by this February for the next 3 years and wish GG could compete with other providers offering a competitive price for loyal costumers.
I will be in the same situation soon…. It’s very weird that there are no offers for loyal customers… Do we have to change the hosting provider!!!
How can I change my service plan? I am currently in eco starter plan and it will expire in 10 days. You guys are billing me 133usd for the next year but you have a new promotion to get a 3 year Lite plan for 106 usd. I’d like to swith the the Lite plan. Can you help?
